Duties and Authorities :

  1. Control and monitor registration of documents on company employment legality (PKS, PKWT, mandatory report on employment and employment permits).
  2. Carry out a mediation process if there is a dispute between the employee and the company.
  3. Monitor the implementation of company regulations (PP) and Company / Government policies regarding employment.
  4. Supporting labor legality documents to Disnaker / Users / related agencies.
  5. Coordinating the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs.
  6. Prevent and resolve labor cases.

  1. D3-S1 Informatics Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology
  2. Analytical thinking
  3. Understanding algorithm and software development concepts
  4. Programming language skills (PHP, VB), RDBMS capabilities (SQL Server, MySql)
