Amidst the need to maintain knowledge sustainability and increase competitiveness, SIGAP, together with Astra International, launched a Knowledge Management initiative to transform individual knowledge into organizational assets, support faster and more accurate decision-making, and ensure effective knowledge transfer across generations and functions.
With the basic principle that “knowledge is power as long as it is shared,” this project aims to build a culture of knowledge sharing at all levels of the organization.

This event affirmed SIGAP and Astra International’s commitment to building a highly competitive, collaborative, and change-ready learning organization. With KM, SIGAP is firmly on its way to becoming a leading partner in security solutions and services in Indonesia.
